Yes — that’s one of the reasons I designed it. Every Storyhouse comes packed in a cotton drawstring bag for easy storage and travel. You can take it to grandma’s, on a holiday, or even to the park.
Our storyhouses are recommended for children over 3 years, as there are small parts and magnets. Younger children love the building and nesting aspect, while older kids dive into decorating, storytelling, and crafting their own accessories.
It’s open-ended, so it grows with them.
Absolutely. All modules are designed to fit together — on top of each other, next to each other, however your child imagines. You can start with one and add more whenever their stories need more room to grow.
We use birch wood, finished with a natural wax made from beeswax, linseed oil, and carnauba. It’s safe, durable, and has that beautiful, gentle feel you expect from a high-quality toy. Everything is certified and made to meet EU and UK toy safety standards.
A damp cloth is all you need. Just make sure to keep your Storyhouses away from rain, puddles, and too much mud ☺
All our wallpapers have small metal plates on the back that click right onto the magnets in the Storyhouse walls. They snap on and off in seconds, so your child can change the setting whenever they like.
Yes! Each wallpaper set is designed to fit the Small or Big Storyhouse. You can buy multiple designs and mix and match them to suit whatever story your child is telling that day. I add new designs regularly, so there’s always something fresh coming.
The wallpapers are designed for the Small and Big Storyhouse. The Triangle is beautiful on its own or as an extension to a bigger setup, but it doesn’t have wallpapers.
They’re our favourite little bonus! Each Storyhouse box includes printed furniture templates on the inside flaps. You can cut them out, trace onto coloured or patterned paper, decorate, and build your own furniture. It’s a lovely hands-on activity for kids and grown-ups together.
Orders are dispatched twice a week — on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders to the UK and Bulgaria are delivered within 1–2 days. European orders take 5–7 days as these ship from our workshop in Bulgaria.
