Returns and Refunds

All our products are carefully checked and packaged and sent your way with our love and best wishes.

If for any reason you are not happy with our products please get in touch by writing to [email protected]. We aim to answer all emails within 48hrs and will do our best to help you.

If you would like to return an item for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of the date you received the goods.
To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

• Shipping costs are not refundable.

• We will contact you when we receive and inspect the items to notify whether the refund has been approved.

• If the refund is approved, we will process it using the original method of payment.

• When sending the order back, please use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages.

Damaged items

We will ask you to send us photos of the damages, so that we can evaluate the issue and act accordingly.
