DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We aim to send all orders within 3 days of receiving them.
Deliveries are made only during the week. If you place an order with us on Friday or during the weekend, we will send it on Monday.
We have special delivery terms for the holidays. They depend on the delivery times we get confirmed from the couriers we work with. Our main point is to be able to ship every order in a reasonable time before the holiday so that it arrives safely with you.
Please note:
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express Bulgaria or DPD. At the checkout, you will have the option to select which courier company you would like to use for the shipment of your order.
All orders in Bulgaria are delivered with Speedy.
The delivery charges are calculated at the checkout and depend on the delivery zone your country is in. For more details, please refer to the information bellow.
If special delivery terms apply with regards an upcoming holiday or any other reason, there will be message displayed on the website and on checkout.
If you are ordering from outside the EU you may have to pay import taxes and duty charges. For more accurate details, please consult the official government website responsible for import regulations and duties in your country.
