I created this special Cosy Set with little adventurers in mind — combining our Small Storyhouse and Triangle Storyhouse to give your child the perfect starter world for their imagination to blossom.
This pair of wooden dollhouses is my favorite recommendation for families just beginning their Storyhouse journey. The lightweight pieces are sized just right for small hands, and they tuck easily into their cotton bags — making them simple to take along wherever play happens.
Whether it’s a quiet corner at home, a blanket in the backyard, or a train ride to visit family, these houses travel with your child’s imagination.
What I love most about this combination is how versatile it is. Your little one can stack the Triangle on top of the Small Storyhouse to create a classic cottage, place them side by side for a neighborhood feel, or use them in separate rooms for different stories. I’ve watched children build a mountain retreat up top and a tiny village below — their stories connecting across space in the most magical ways.
Each house arrives in a cardboard box that holds an extra surprise: furniture templates printed on the inside. These turn into a hands-on crafting project — cut, color, and create accessories that make their Storyhouses truly their own.

ABOUT THE FINISH: Our dollhouses are finished with natural wax (a mix of beeswax, carnauba, linseed oil, coconut, mint, pine and walnut oils) for a gentle forest aroma and protection. Prefer yours without wax? Just let us know in the order comments.
