This Music Shop wallpaper started with a feeling we all recognise—a summer evening when someone picks up a guitar and everything shifts. The air, the mood, the way people lean in a little closer.

We wanted to capture that feeling. The hum of a room full of instruments waiting to be played. The first tentative note on a piano. The way rhythm finds its way into small hands and feet before a child even knows what music is.

This design is an invitation to listen and explore.

Set up a summer concert in the garden. Let the mice choose their instruments. Watch as the wooden animals form a band, the dolls take their seats, and your child conducts the whole thing with a seriousness that makes you want to laugh and cry at the same time. A whole world of sound, right there on the Storyhouse stage.

We created it for little ones who drum on tables, who hum without realising, who dance before they can walk—and for the grown-ups who remember that music was one of the first ways they felt something bigger than themselves.

Let this wallpaper be where the music starts. A place where sounds are discovered, rhythm is celebrated, and children find the instrument—or the song—that helps them say what words sometimes can’t.

The wallpapers attach by clicking onto the wall magnets, making them easy to use and perfect for long-term play. All sets are cut to size and fit the dollhouse walls, so your child can order as many sets as they like and mix and match them however they prefer.
